First go to you orders by clicking on the 'My orders' icon on your Santu dashboard.
This will take you to a page listing all your orders.
On the right side you can see the payment status in the payment column, represented by a small icon.
Green means payment has been made, yellow means payment is pending and red means payment has been denied.
There are some other statuses as well, such as possible fraud. The easiest way to find out what a status means is to put your mouse over the icon. A small text tip will appear, showing you the status in writing.
If you use real-time payment methods such as PayPal or a credit card service provider, then the statusses will be automatically updated.
If you manually approve payments after receiving a check, cash or a bank transfer, for example, you must manually adjust the payment settings. Just click on the payment icon to do this.
Never ship an order before you have received payment, unless payment will be made as part of the delivery.
If you sell digital goods or tickets, Santu will send them out on your behalf, as soon as an order has been set to paid. This will work if a real-time payment system approves the payment or if you manually do this.
