If you have problems logging into your account or accessing your account with your username and password, please try the following:

Completely close your browser and all its browser windows.

Open the browser again.

Try to log in again

If this is still not working, then close browser again, open it and delete all the cookies your browser has saved before you go to the Santu site again.

This is done by going to your browser settings and then deleting the browser history.

Then try to log in again.

You should now have no problems logging in anymore.

Of course you must have the right username and password.

If you have lost your username or password, please use the recovery function.
